Just click on 'edit me' then go on 'set post to url', type in your web address and then just click the green tick

Cool but. My site is in spanish and your message "post to" can be understand by me but not very well for my audience. If you put this Phrase as editable can be useful fot other languages ;)

use the background option to add other languages. I always tell my students to put both...
