The yourminis platform offers a comprehensive set of web based tools for widget management and reporting to give you the intelligence you need to execute an effective widget strategy...

When you first log into the yourminis widget management console you are presented with a dashboard view. This view displays all of your widgets and a few quick widget stats including status, views, copies, date created and date modified. You can sort by any of these columns by clicking on the column header.

Once you select a widget, you will be brought to a summary view for that widget. The summary view has a graph that shows views and trend for the widget by day for 30 / 60 / 120 days. You can select any of the days to get the stats for that day including views, top referrer, interactions, dicks, unique viewers and copies. You can also drag the slider to select a specific date range and see the stats for that date range. In addition there are 2 pie charts which show views by domain and new vs return viewers.

Under widget syndication there are 3 options: embed, galleries and blacklist. Embed gives you a live preview of the widget, lets you configure your widget and generate embed code which you can then paste into your site to display the widget. The galleries section lets you view the available galleries into which you can syndicate your widget. Click on a specific gallery to get instructions for uploading your widget. In some cases the process is manual and in other cases it is automated. We will continue to evolve this section to include more galleries and to further automate the individual processes. Currently we support iGoogle, Live.com, Netvibes, Pageflakes, Facebook and yourminis.

The blacklist section enables you to blacklist specific domains or URLs so that your widget will not appear on the blacklisted sites. You can add or remove widgets from the blacklist in real time. If a widget has been embedded on a site that has been blacklisted, we will serve a message that says "this widget is no longer available".

The default views report displays a graph of all of the views for your widget, across a selected date range and across selected domains. You can also view additional views reports sorted by domain, country, remix, avg views and geocoding.

The default copies report displays a graph of all of the copies of your widget, across a selected date range and across selected domains. You can also view additional copy reports sorted by domain, destination, source and country.

The default interactions report displays a graph of all of the interaction for your widget, across a selected date range and across selected domains. An interaction is defined as an action inside of the widget, including a mouseover that a user performs. This report helps you understand how users are engaging with your widget beyond a standard view. You can also view additional interaction reports sorted by domain and country.

The default clicks report displays a graph of the number of clicks for your widget, across a selected date range and across selected domains. A click can be defined as any click action taken within the widget, whether or not that opens up an external link. You can also view additional click reports sorted by domain, country, top 10 URLs and details.
